The Accounts Receivable Tracking System (ARTS) collects and processes paid transportation bills submitted to GSA Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Transportation and Property Management, Audit Division. ARTS is a government-mandated tracking system per 41 CFR 102-118 (Code of Federal Regulations). All Federal Government agencies must submit its accounts receivable information each month. The application supports the input of data and reporting from the data submitted. Further, it can provide a list of agencies that have not submitted required data so follow-up correspondence can be generated to the delinquent agency.
