AutoChoice will close for order placement on Friday, September 29, 2017, at 11:00 PM Eastern Daylight Savings Time (EDST). Customers with pending orders in AutoChoice are required to finalize and place their orders by 11:00 A.M. EDST, Thursday, September 28, 2017, to ensure these requisition orders are placed in FY 2017. We encourage all agency customers to review their order confirmation document(s) to ensure your order is correct.

As a reminder, the order acceptance closing date for FY 2017 funded Multiple Award Schedules (MAS) 23V & 751, Express Desk, orders with 18 or more options, optional equipment (AREQs) and Non Standard Vehicles/Equipment has already passed. FY 2018 orders will be accepted for these programs beginning on Monday, October 2, 2017.

Orders funded by multi-year funds (FY 2018 and later) are not subject to cancellation. The agency customer is required to submit to their GSA Contracting Officer written verification of non-expiring funds in order to prevent their order from being cancelled and funds de-obligated from GSA and returned to the ordering agency. Verbal verification of fund status is not acceptable.
