Fleet Drive Thru
    The GSA Fleet Drive Thru is comprised of Mileage Express and Reports Carry Out and Speed Pay. Mileage Express is a revolutionary way for our customers to report their mileages through our on-line computer application. Reports Carryout will enable Fleet customers to generate vehicle inventories on the Internet whenever the need arises. Speed Pay, a new component of Fleet Drive-thru, enables customers to enter accounting data that applies to their vehicle(s).
GSA Xcess
    The GSA Xcess is a GSA System used for recording, tracking and controlling the nationwide inventory of excess and surplus property of the Federal Government. Using FEDS you can report property for excess screening and to compete for property. Once the property is reported, prospective users of the property can use FEDS to compete for it. Computers For Learning (CFL)
    The Computers For Learning (CFL) program evolved as a guide for implementing Executive Order 12999, Educational Technology: Ensuring Opportunity for all Children in the Next Century. The executive order encourages agencies, to the extent permitted by law, to transfer computers and related peripheral equipment excess to their needs directly to schools and some educational nonprofit organizations. The CFL program specifically matches the computer needs of schools and educational nonprofit organization with excess equipment in Federal agencies.
CARS - Comprehensive Accident Reporting System
    Comprehensive Accident Reporting Systems (CARS) is a GSA Reporting System for recording and managing log of accidents/incidents. It also enables generation of reports and forms based on the data recorded.
TARPS
    The TARPS application provides a facility for government carriers to check on the status of their claims and/or protests.
AMP - Acquisition Management Program
    The Acquisition Management Program (AMP) is a worldwide system that supports the GSA Fleet operation. AMP is used by GSA Fleet Central, Regional, and Field Offices to generate and track vehicle requisitions submitted to the GSA Automotive Center.
CPSA - Centralized Procurement Sourcing Application
    The Centralized Procurement Sourcing Application (CPSA) is a GSA system used by the Chicago Buying Unit to support Customer Supply Centers (CSC) replenishment of nonstock items and to support special customer requests. The CSC's enter a request for items and it is forwarded to Chicago for a purchase order to be issued.
