As required by E-Gov Travel Service vendors must report the quarterly dollar value (in U.S. Dollars and rounded to the nearest whole dollar) of all sales and the number of units sold under this contract by calendar quarter (i.e. January - March, April - June, July - September, and October - December.) The dollar value of a sale is the price paid by the ordering agency for all services on the Master Contract task or deliver order, as reported by the ETS vendors.
The report is due on the 30th calendar day following the completion of the reporting period. If the 30th calendar day of each fiscal quarter falls on a weekend or Federal Holiday, payment shall be remitted by the next business day. ETS vendors must also provide a close out report within 120 days after the expiration of the contract. The contract expires upon physical completion of the last, outstanding task or delivery order of the contract. The close out report must cover all sales not shown in the final quarterly report and reconcile all errors and credits. If the ETS vendor reported all contract sales and reconciled all errors and credits on the final quarterly report, then show zero sales in the closeout report.
