To retry, you will first need to terminate your existing browser session. To do this:
- Close all existing browser windows.
- Open a new browser window and retry navigating to your originally requested GSA web application.
- You will be prompted again to select your digital certificate for authentication.
- When prompted, please ensure that you are selecting the correct digital certificate.
